It’s been a dream of mine for quite some time now, but today we finally took a major step towards making it become a reality. After months of planning we finally broke ground on the Primavera Learning Center, a blended learning center that looks to follow in the successful steps of Primavera Online Middle School and High School.
The Primavera Blended Learning Center is an extension of Primavera Online Middle School and High School that will offer a holistic approach to educating children. The primary focus is to teach and improve upon the critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills students need to succeed in the world today.
The learning center is committed to delivering the most exciting, innovative, and integral components of education in order to develop students into well-rounded and successful lifelong learners. Students will acquire the necessary skills to navigate through a technology-driven world and confidently transition into post-secondary settings and future careers.
Using highly skilled teachers and state-of-the-art technology and facilities, the learning center will deliver a rigorous curriculum that is customized to meet the specific needs of each individual child, focusing on mastery of Common Core Standards and Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM).
Using individual and collaborative project-based learning in a highly interactive, blended learning environment, the learning center will give students the skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.
The Primavera Learning Center is a 12,500 square foot learning facility located in Chandler, AZ. Our plan is to begin with 50 students with the ability to scale up to as many as 200 future students. The Primavera Learning Center will feature four on-site teachers to educate and assist students on this exciting venture into blended learning. With construction now officially underway, our expected opening date is August 2013.
